It is very hard to find a boss as you expect to have. In fact, human nature is so that you can't ever like a boss. Yet, some of us claims they have a very good boss. Well, they could be lucky. But what about you? Is your boss making things difficult for you? Well, work on these magic tips to win your Boss over. Give it a try.


1. Always come at office in time preferably at least 10 – 15 minutes early and never leave before the time. It is always better to see boss before you leave the office, there may be some emergency work which your boss may forgotten and after seeing you, it comes in his mind. --> Jangan telat dan selalu liat2an sama bos sebelum pulang *hm.. kalo bos-nya ganteng, enak kali ya. Tapi kalo enggak, eneg juga ya :D

2. In that case do the work happily before the departure. --> ajegile, berbahagia mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan pas jam pulang kantor?? hm... senyum ngerjainnya, tapi dalem hati ngedumel *tralala trilili*

3. Pay attention to the work given to you by your boss and try to finish it before the dead line. --> noted!

4. Consult with your boss regarding given work and talk to him for any suggestion. --> intinya selalu menjadikan
si ibu or bapak bos sebagai seseorang yang dihormati, respect. *bos kan gila respect, ya gak?*

5. Never criticize you boss, it will do harm quickly to your ratings that is annual confidential report or your
long waiting promotion. --> Boss is always right, if bos's wrong, see article 1 :D

6. If you have any emergency personal work during office time, take permission from boss , go do your work and
return back. In this case, always see your boss after return. --> intinya sering2 sowan ke bos :D

7. Share your knowledge and experience while in meeting. --> aku kan pemalu dan pendiam *wink wink*

8. Submit best point in favor of your company or office while at meeting --> harus proaktif ya kalo meeting, ga
bisa diem aja terus ketiduran zzzzz...

9. Do not make your talk lengthy in meeting. It may give bad impression. Allow others to talk --> noted, ini
gampang. Soalnya males juga ngomong di meeting :D

10. Praise co-workers for their nice effort in presence of boss. --> aku kan orangnya baik, suka memuji :)

11. Give your opinion about any topic and place, and the pros and cons of a situation. --> harus mikir nih *sigh*

12. Never argue with boss, if any situation arises, make him understand politely, he will surely understand, after
all he is a human being. --> back to 1st article : Bos is always right! :D

13. Greet him occasionally when time comes specially new year day, Eid days etc. --> siipp laah..!! siapa tauk
aja sekalian dikasi angpau :D

14. Do not forget his birthday or marriage day. Try to give him a gift, at least a pen or at story book. It will
give him your nice impression. --> tanya2 sama HRD ya tgl ultah dan ulang tahun pernikahannya dan agak modal dikit ya untuk beli hadiah? penting gitu? *anak buah merki*

15. Praise your boss in his successful works and suggest him for the work those you find less success.--> ngejilat
terus :D

16. Console him personally in any sad news and stand with him to share the sorrows and sufferings. --> ofcourse,
aku kan anaknya perhatian dan simpatik

17. Try to share boss responsibilities, if you found him buried in lot of work. --> walah, new tons of jobs? OH NO!

18. Respect him. Respect makes a man great. --> OK lah, yang namanya bos ya always be bos :)

Finally, feel a boss like your relative, near and dear one. Never desert him in his bad time. Be honest and sincere to your duties and responsibilities, I am sure you can win the heart of your boss. Remember, boss is always boss. --> di-bold dan italic, biar jelas :)
